Joint Mobility/Warm Up
Today we visited a very simple interval style condtioning format, the Couplet.
8 Sets of 15 seconds on – 15 seconds off of each exercise for a total of 8 minutes each couplet. a 1 minute rest between couplets.
Couplet 1
- Kettlebell Swings
- Slam Ball
Couplet 2
- Sumo Deadlift Highpull
- 1/2 Burpees on Kettlebells (Jump Backs or Knee tucks)
Couplet 3
- Drop Squats
- V-sits
I think this is a great format to use. Try to get opposing exercises paired together…
