Todays CFC workout 1-24-11

Kinda of a different format for crossfit. But still the maximun effort required..

AMRAP in 5:00 of:

  • 3 Burpees
  • 6  Swings
  • 9  Drop Squats

3 Sets

Finished with 6 rounds, 5 rounds & 5 rounds + 3 burpees, 6 kb swings and 1/2 drop squats
