Today’s Kettlebell Strength Training

Are form and time mutually exclusive?

In Crossfit, most workouts are “for time” with an emphasis on proper form.

I constantly hear positive instruction during the WOD, squat lower, active shoulders & chin above the bar but at a certain point I gotta just get through the workout.

Maybe this is why I haven’t progressed as fast as I think I should. Well, that and the McDonalds fountain cokes…

Today was a Kettlebell day. A basic 5×5.

Warm up
Then

25 two handed swings
5/5 one hand swings
5/5 dead cleans
5/5 strict military presses
5/5 snatches
10 goblet squats
5/5 bent over rows

5 rounds
3×15 v- sits finisher.

A good one! I alternated with a 24 kg and a 28kg. After a couple rounds the 24 seemed to get lighter.
