Normally don’t include the CFC warm up here but today’s was a great one.

Run 200 m

Joint Mobility then

Tabata format 4 rounds of:

  • Push Ups
  • Squats
  • Ab Mat Sit Ups

Lowest rep count per exercise is your score – Mine 9-17-10

The Workout –

21/15/9  of:

  • Wall Ball Shots 20lb 
  • Slam Balls 15 lb
  • Burpees
