Today’s Kettlebell & Body Weight Workout

Started out with a nicw 2 round kettlebell & body weight workout:

  • 10 swings
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 high pulls
  • 5 double presses
  • 5 squats
  • 5/5 one arm rows
  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 30 bicycles

2 round

  • 4/4 one arm swings
  • 8 half burpees
  • 4/4 heavy cleans
  • 4/4 heavy push presses
  • 4/4 snatches
  • 15 jumping jacks
  • 15 mountain climbers

Kettlebell Snatches – Sparring Style

2:00 Work / :30 Rest (20 R-20 L)

10 Rounds

Ab Finisher

  • Get Up Sit Up Practice
  • Knees to Chest

Only made it 6 rounds. Had to listen to my body. Workout to workout another day!
