Today’s Crossfit Training 2-5-11

Still a bit fatigued from yesterdays 46:00 Kettlebell Burn I debated whether to get back to crossfit.

This lasted for about 5 minutes. The best remedy for minor fatique and soreness is to train it away.

Standard Warm Up

The WOD –

5 Rounds for time of:

  • Run 400 m
  • 50 Jumping Pull Ups
  • 50 Walking Lunges

My time was not good. Anytime there is a run involved my time sky rockets.
