Today’s Crossfit Training 2-10-11

Unexpected warm up today. Nice change..

40 Dumbell Thrusters (20 lbs-m,12lbs-w)

WOD

  • 200 m run
  • 25 Wall Balls (20 lbs-m, 10-14 lbs-w)
  • 10 Ring Dips

For Time –

16:01 – It’s the run everytime for me, and I seem to lower my efforts in the middle rounds, saving energy for the finish. This isn’t the crossfit way, I know but its hard to exhaust my energy knowing that you have 2 or 3 more rounds.

Waste all energy up front then you time slows down cause you have nothing to finish with. I guess thats the EGO getting in the way…or is that the ID?
