I underestimated today’s WOD.
It had a strength bit to start and a simple “team row” to finish us. It was supposded to be teams of 3 three rowing for 12 minutes.
There were only eight people in class today so we split into 2 teams of 4. I suggested we go for 16 minutes to make it fair. This was vetoed.
Thank God It Was!
The row was a killer. By the 3rd round I had nothing left. We lost by 12 meters.
The WOD
- Bench Press 5,5,3,3,3
- Team Row
This was a great WOD. I was gassed. The team row made me spend every bit of my energy… the way crossfit intended.
I’ve read that if you want to do extra work after a WOD, you didn’t work hard enough. I didn’t/couldn’t do anything after the row.
But.
I did read that if you want extra work wait 3-4 hours, let your resting heart rate return to normal and try again.
Crossfit Endurance?
I don’t know what this is, but I cleaned my garage and it looked like it needed a workout.
