Today’s Crossfit Training 2-17-11

Teams of 3-4 athletes must complete, for time:

  • 4 rounds of 10 Deadlift each (.5 1RM)
  • 4 rounds of 10 Pull-ups each
  • 4 rounds of 10 Box Jumps each (m:30in,f:24in)
  • 4 rounds of 10 Push-ups each

Only one team member may be working at a time.
