Today’s Crossfit Training 2-19-11

Saturdays are Team WOD days. I like these because I seem to work harder than I would if I was doing the WOD alone.

You get a bit more rest, so you should be in a bit more effort.

4 athlete teams – only one athlete working at a time.

200 jump rope buy in (each person)
Then. (as a team)
100 Deadlifts
100 Burpees
100 Push ups
100 Box Jumps

400 meter buy out (each person)

Our time was 27:06

Good for 2nd.
