Needed a training session today. So I tried a workout from Training Room Online.
Mike Stehle always has great full body workouts.
This one is one of my favorites.
Prescribed is like this:
:15 snatch R
:15 snatch L
:30 jump rope
For 20:00
I had to switch it to 20 sets for time.
It took me 41:00 to finish. Obviously I put a little too much rest in it.
I’m gonna use this as a benchmark and repeat this again to monitor my progress.
My goal is to get down to around 20:00.
Today I was just plain slow.
