Today’s Crossfit Training 2-22-11

This didn’t seem too bad on the white board…

21-15-9 of

  • Push Press (45’s-m, 30’s-w)
  • Goblet Squats (45-m, 30-w)

For Time-

Mine – 15:48

I subbed 1000m rows for the runs and used 2 45 lb kettlebells for the push press. It was nice to use KB’s in a Crossfit WOD!

It was harder than I thought – looking at my performance. A little slow…
