Earlier in the week I wrote something to the effect that Crossfit needs to use more kettlebells. They did this week.
I thought it was a great.
My hands are a bit sore but it was nice to use the bells in a crossfit format. The swing is a natural fit and there are some other applications i’d like to see:
- The Snatch
- One Arm Swing
- Long cycle press
- Double press
- Double dead cleans and squat
- The Get Up
All these could fit very nicely into many of the workouts…

- Row 500m
- DB snatch
- Military press
- Ab mat sit ups
- Push ups
- H machine
- Pull ups
- Kb swings
- box jumps
- 400 m run
