Today’s Crossfit Training 2-25-11

Earlier in the week I wrote something to the effect that Crossfit needs to use more kettlebells. They did this week.

I thought it was a great.

My hands are a bit sore but it was nice to use the bells in a crossfit format.  The swing is a natural fit and there are some other applications i’d like to see:

  • The Snatch
  • One Arm Swing
  • Long cycle press
  • Double press
  • Double dead cleans and squat
  • The Get Up

All these could fit very nicely into many of the workouts…

Today’s WOD:

“Dirty 30”

In any Order

  • Row 500m
  • DB snatch
  • Military press
  • Ab mat sit ups
  • Push ups
  • H machine
  • Pull ups
  • Kb swings
  • box jumps
  • 400 m run

For time-

Mine 18:50

I subbed another 500 m row for the run
