Crossfit Training 3-31-11

 Bench Press 3-3-3-3-3 then, after a short rest

 “Little Nicole” AMRAP in 12 min of: Run 200m Max reps pull-ups

Made it 5 rounds of quality runs and just hung from the bar instead of max pull ups…Gave my elbows a rest!
