A fresh change at Crossfit today.
Started with the warm ups – Skin the cat. Never done that one before.
Then it went on the the WOD.
Here it is:
Push Press 5-4-3-1-1-1
Med Ball “Crazy”
Med ball throws with some rotational work as well. It was a good change of pace. Gives my joints a bit of a rest.
The push press is not one of my better moves. The olympic version is different than the kettlebell version, for me. Its hard to get a good “push” off . With the kettlebell I can use my chest a bit and my arms are free to track how they please.
I can’t get my hands at the right angle to get any power. I guess thats why I go..to get better.
I ended up with a PR of 165 lbs.
Better than last time…
