Today’s Crossfit Training 3-2-11

Another fresh workout at Champions today..

5 rounds for time:

8 DB Jerks
8 DB Hang Power Cleans
8 DB Front Squats
8 DB Deadlifts
Row 500m

I used 35’s. 45’s were RX, but they told me to pick a weight that I didn’t need to rest with.
