This was a simple interval training session, or so I thought. I was gonna do 30 minutes of 1:1 work to rest.
American Kettlebell Swings & Weighted Jump Rope.
It looked like this:
- 30 seconds of swings
- 30 seconds of rest
- 30 seconds of jump ropes
- 30 seconds of rest
For 30:00
Good format, liked the exercises but alone in the garage I don’t have the drive I would if I was at crossfit.
I stopped at 20 minutes. Had to get dinner ready and help my son study for a test.
Excuses I know, but 20:00 is still worth it!
