AMRAP in 20:00
- 5 Handstand push ups
- 10 L-sit Pull Ups
- 20 Lunges
Had to use 2 ab mats for the handstand push ups and my L-sit pull ups were more like basic dead hangs.
Did 7 rounds plus HSPU and 5 pull ups…
