Today’s Crossfit Training

This was something I’ve seen on other crossfit sites. I wasn’t really ready for it…

AMRAP in 20:00

  • 5 Handstand push ups
  • 10 L-sit Pull Ups
  • 20 Lunges

Had to use 2 ab mats for the handstand push ups and my L-sit pull ups were more like basic dead hangs.

Did 7 rounds plus HSPU and 5 pull ups…
