Today’s Crossfit Training 3-10-11

It was a longer than usual workout today –

AMRAP in 30:00 of:

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 5 Ring Dips
  • 15 Ab Mat Sit Ups

Focused on getting the most out of the ring dips. Hand to jump, hold and slowly go back down till your elbows are higher than your shoulders.

Made it to 12 or 13 rounds
