- 7 Full DB Squat Cleans 45lbs
- 8 DB Lunges 45 lbs
- 9 K 2 Elbows
- 15 Jumping Pull ups
Only made it 4 rounds and 6 k 2 elbows before time ran out. I tend to slow things down a bit when its more of a strength day…
