Today’s Crossfit Training 3-19-11

I wasn’t ready for this one.

Angie –

I’m never ready for this one!

  • 100 Pull Ups
  • 100 Push Ups
  • 100 Sit Ups
  • 100 Squats

for time – mine 28:05

The Pull ups slowed me once again but at least I kipped. The last time I did this WOD I had to do the jumping style of Pull Ups.

I guess that is progress.

The goal is to get under 20:00 – This Year!
