- 100 Push Ups
- 100 Sit Ups
- 100 Squats
for time – mine 28:05
The Pull ups slowed me once again but at least I kipped. The last time I did this WOD I had to do the jumping style of Pull Ups.
I guess that is progress.
The goal is to get under 20:00 – This Year!
