Everyone gets tired during a wod. I know I do, but how can some push through the fatigue and keep their times low.
I hear 1-2-3 Go, often. If I did exactly that my times would be much better, but I find it hard to push through and get back at it. Once I’m back I’m fine, but its those pauses that are killing me.
Take today for example – a 21-15-9 format. Outside of the 21 burpees and 21 thrusters, my reps were unbroken. Then why is my time so slow?
The unscheduled rests I give myself is the reason. It’s fine to rest at certain times and the key is to keep your rest short.
Gonna give the 1,2,3 go method a chance.
