Today’s Crossfit Training 3-15-11

Was going to let my muscles rest, dealing with elbow tendinitis but who isn’t.

Crossfit Cypress today –

Dynamic Warmup

AMRAP in 15:00 of:

  • 7 Full DB Squat Cleans 45lbs
  • 8 DB Lunges 45 lbs
  • 9 K 2 Elbows
  • 15 Jumping Pull ups

Only made it 4 rounds and 6 k 2 elbows before time ran out. I tend to slow things down a bit when its more of a strength day…
