Returns to crossfit…

3 Rounds

1 Minute at each of the 5 stations:

  • Wall Ball (20 Lbs)
  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75 lbs)
  • 20″ Box jump
  • Military Press (75 Lbs)
  • Row (for calories)

1 minute rest after each round

For Reps –

The last time I did this one I made it to 274 reps, this time made it to 289 reps, a PR!

However, I left some reps and calories on the table as usual…but I’ll take the improvement.
