Garage Training 4-8-11

Spent the morning checking out the Crossfit Journal and looking for some inspiration and a little education.

Found  both in a few video’s covering the Muscle Up.  I was surprised at the level of instruction in these video’s, they were great!

Worked on the progressions shown in the video’s for 45 minutes until my “false” grip gave out.

Then –

  • Snatch R
  • Snatch L
  • Med Ball Sit Ups
  • Push Ups

A good day of skill improvement. The Journal cleared up a few things on the muscle up and dips. The key for me was turning my thumbs out on the dip portion, made my dips easier and deeper…
