WoD # 1

Tabata Push Ups, Sit Ups & Squats. 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off 8 seta each. Lowest total of each movement is your score.

WoD # 2

15-12-9 of

  • Power Cleans (115lbs)
  • Burps ( No push up)

Mine 6:11

Figured this one out by the time I got to the 9 reps. Body was not used to these movements until it was over…
