Crossfit Training 4-13-11

Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3

then after a short rest

Mini – “Helen”

3 rounds for time:

Run 200m
15 KB Swing (m:60lb,f:40lb)
9 Pull-ups

Final Front Squat was 195 lbs

Time on the mini Helen was LAST!

Never have I finished last…ever. But it was still a good WOD for me.
