Today’s Garage Training 5-3-11

Lots of running at Crossfit this week so it’s a perfect time to stay in the Garage and bring out the Stationary Bike. I used this to re-hab my knee last year and just put it in the corner thinking that I don’t need it anymore. WRONG!

I should be using the bike 2 or 3 times a week. My knee would be better for it!

Today’s Training –

  • 2 Mile Stationary Bike
  • 21 Double Kbell Clean & Press (24 Kg)
  • 2 Mile Stationary Bike
  • 21/21 Renegade Rows (20Kg)
  • 2 Mile Stationary Bike
  • 21/21 Snatches (20 Kg
