This one was a 2007 Crossfit Games WOD
We put a 20:00 max time limit on this one. Should a finished, but after 20:00 they gave me an out.
I looked at it like I quit.
1000 m Row
Then 5 Rounds of:
- 25 Pull Ups
- 7 Push Jerks (135lbs m – 95lbs w)
I used 125 lbs but I should of used 135 because it wasn’t the press than I struggled with.
Its the Pull Ups that I struggle with.
