Today’s Garage Training 6-17-11

Warm up
100 snatches 16 kg
10 knees to elbows

WOD
Something a little different today –
6 rounds of 30 seconds of work.
1:30 rest after each round

  • kettlbell swings (1 or 2 hand)
  • squat thrusts or burpees
  • snatches or snatch pulls
  • mountain climbers or sit outs
  • kettlebell high pulls or single hand cleans
  • Thusters (1 arm racked or goblet style)

Harder than expected!
