It was strength day today. I realized I don’t have much of it.
I’m going to put at least 2 classic strength days in every week from now on.
Gotta have some kind of plan…

WOD-
A simple couplet
1-5,5-1 of
Double Kettlebell thrusters
(Clean the bells & 2 squat thrusts= 1 rep)
Pull ups
Go as heavy as you can.
I used 24 kg’s and thought of doing 2-10,10-2
Thank God I didn’t!
