Today’s Crossfit Training 8-4-11

I hate running.

I was good at it when I was young, but when the knees go, running goes with them.

Today’s WOD

In 15 Minutes

Run 1 Mike, then Max toes to bar.

7:34 1 mike time and 60 toes to bar.

The 7:34 came out of nowhere.
