  • 15 Drop Squats

The WOD –
  • 80 Calorie Stationary Bike
  • 30-30-30-30-25-25-25-25-20-20-20-20 of: Kettlebell Russian Swings (top of each minute for 12 Minutes)
  • 80 Calorie Stationary Bike
