Hunger Games WOD #1

Women’s

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

15 pound OH Squat, 30 Reps
35 pound OH Squat, 30 Reps
55 pound OH Squat, 30 Reps
75 Pound OH Squat, 30 Reps
90 Pound OH Squat, as many rounds as possible
Men’s
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

35 pound OH Squat, 30 Reps
45 pound OH Squat, 30 Reps
75 pound OH Squat, 30 Reps
100 Pound OH Squat, 30 Reps
120 Pound OH Squat, as many rounds as possible
Athletes will be partnered up. One partner will complete the WOD while the other is judging. Form will be strictly enforced.

An athlete may not progress in weight or reps if they cannot demonstrate proper form!

Made it to 105 reps
Goal is to get 121
