Overview –
A kettlebell based strength and conditioning program that will be biased to the specific needs of the individual. We will start with an assessment of the athletes strengths and weaknesses and with their specific goals in mind, modify each WOD to create the best possible benefit or “adaptation”.
Common Goals-
- Strength Gains
- Fat Loss
- Endurance
- Mobility
- Technique
- Warmup/Mobility
- Technique & form practice
- WOD and or Mini Met-Con
- Cool down
- Kettlebells (Single & Doubles)
- Body Weight
- Pretty much, everything else you see in the box.
- Ropes gone wild – coming soon!
This will not detract you from your Crossfit mission at all. This will only enhance everything else you do here at the box. This is a measurable, outcome based concept that’s designed to strengthen your weaknesses and increase your strengths…and the only thing you have to do is show up, listen and sweat…the equipment will do the rest!
It;s that simple!
