Way behind.
Had a PT over today to check my progress or lack of progress. I’ve had excess swelling causing a less than aggressive bending program.
I have to figure out a way to get more range of motion and reduce the swelling.

Stretched and worked on 0° extension
Straight leg raises 30 reps
Quad tightening 20 reps
Knee bends
Elevate to reduce swelling
