Warm up –
Worked on knee bends and re-establishing proper movement of the knee.
Also squatted on the outside, inside, toes & heels of feet. Awareness of the mid foot.
Called out that I use my left leg more.
Training –
1 arm swings
Clean & Press
Snatch
Threw in squat thrusts with leg shoot throughs
Single leg squat to top of bell
