Time to enjoy “just” a body weight strength workout. I thought I’d change it up a bit and give myself a break from crossfit and the bells.
This one seemed kinda easy…at the start, but if your slow and deliberate – it can be a great workout.
5 Minute Joint Mobilty
2 Round Warm Up
- 10 squats
- 10 push ups
- 5/5 assisted pistols
- 10 rows
- 15 bicycles
- 15 jumping jacks
Workout – 5×5 of:
- 5/5 assisted pistols
- 5 hindu push ups
- 5 hamstring curls
- 5/5 one arm rows
- 5 walkouts
