Today’s Body Weight Training

Time to enjoy “just” a body weight strength workout. I thought I’d change it up a bit and give myself a break from crossfit and the bells.

This one seemed kinda easy…at the start, but if your slow and deliberate – it can be a great workout.

5 Minute Joint Mobilty

2 Round Warm Up

  • 10 squats
  • 10 push ups
  • 5/5 assisted pistols
  • 10 rows
  • 15 bicycles
  • 15 jumping jacks

Workout – 5×5 of:

  • 5/5 assisted pistols
  • 5 hindu push ups
  • 5 hamstring curls
  • 5/5 one arm rows
  • 5 walkouts
