I decided to “scale” today’s wod to the kettlebell. Got a little grief for it but it was worth it. We did some DB cleans earlier in the week and these tend to give me some elbow problems the next couple of days.
I know it’s my form, but its just not a smooth movement for me. kettlebell cleans are a much cleaner move.
Today’s WOD –
- 100 m run
- 30 Kettlebell lying press -2 20 kg
- 100 m run
- 30 Kettlebell snatches 15 l, 15 r
- 100 m run
- 30 Kettlebell one arm swings 15 l, 15 r
- 100 m run
- 30 kettlebell cleans 2 20 kg
2 Rounds for time.

I should have thrown in a squat on each of the cleans but it would have wasted me. 16 kg’s would have been a better match!
