Todays effort –
My hands paid the price for poor technique. Made it to the 10 Pull Up mark before my hands failed. No need to rip a callous just to finish a workout…so I modified the remainder of the pull ups to jumping style pull ups.
I’m not going to tear up my hands just to finish a workout. This is one of my pet peaves – Never hurt your self to finish a workout or to get that last reps in. It could cost you a week of training or more!
