Did a WOD of  Pull Ups…

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Made it to 9 Minutes with dead hang pull ups, then had to switch to jumping pull ups to make it to 18 Minutes.

Arms are dead. Forearms burning, lats not so. Have to get to the lats to get better at these.
