It’s Tuesday and the Crossfit WOD didn’t excite me too much so I’m staying home in the garage for a great Tabata style kettlebell & slam Ball training session.
Joint Mobility
Warm Up-
1 Round of:
10 Squats
10 Jumping Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
10 Supermans
10 Sit Ups
50 Swings – 20 2 Hand/10 1 Hand R/10 1 Hand L/10 Alternating
Then:
Tabata Format – 4 stations consisting of 8 sets of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest with a one minute break between stations.
Stations are:
2 Hand Swings – Heavy
Snatch L
Snatch R
Slam Ball
Keep your reps consistent throughout…
