Sped up the pace a bit..
– 100 One Arm Swings (30,30,15,15,5,5 set it down)
– 80 One Arm Swings (25,25,15,15 set it down)
w/a Pro-Grade 24 Kg
– Plank to finish

Not much to it, but it still kicked my butt!

  1. There you go. Stick with this consistently (maybe 5x a week) and your snatch numbers should begin to go up. I am counting down the days until I can resume doing this.
