2 Round Circuit of:
10 Swings
10 Push Ups
10 High Pulls
10 Press 5L/5R
10 Squats
10 Sit Ups
10 Snatches 5L/5R
Then,
20 Minutes of: AMRAP – (As Many Reps As Possible)
Burpees 5
Snatches 5/5
Ab Mat Sit Ups 15
Two Hand Swings 20


Made it to 7 Rounds plus burpees & Snatches. Thought 10 would have been a better number!
