“Tabata Fight Gone Bad”

Perform 8 consecutive Tabata intervals (20 sec max effort work, 10 sec rest) of each of the following exercises:

Wall Ball Shot (m:20lb,f:14lb) (Reps)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (m:75lb,f:55lb) (Reps)
Box Jump (20in) (Reps)
Push Press (m:75lb,f:55lb) (Reps)
Row (Calories)

There is no additional rest between exercises.

Each exercise is scored by the lowest number of reps (calories on the rower) in each of the eight intervals. The score is the total of the scores from the five stations.

    Only made it to 33.
    Started with the Wall Ball but by the time I got to the Push Press I was spent. Started with 8 reps on th epush press per, but fell to 5 reps on the last 2 sets.
    I was happy I finished!
