Today’s Effort will be 5 rounds of 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest.

One minute rest between rounds

  • Slam Ball
  • Kettlebell High Pulls
  • Jump Rope
  • Squat Thrusters
  • Heavy Two Hand Swings

    Harder than I thought. You could go 2 ways with this. Max effort or pick of number for each exercise. I started off strong and faded a bit down the stretch.
